In addition, it is involved in the provision of construction and project management services, including structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural, and other engineering services; and site inspection, demolition, site preparation, electrical, plumbing, general external works, and other construction installation activities, as well as overseeing all aspects of construction project, such as scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, risk management, and quality control services. Further, the company provides tailored loan products, such as personal and business loans, as well as project financing solutions; and management services. Additionally, it manufactures and trades in cable filling and flooding compounds; provides human resource management services; and acts as a distribution agent and solutions provider for telecommunications products. The company was formerly known as Opcom Holdings Berhad and changed its name to Hextar Capital Berhad in December 2023. Hextar Capital Berhad was incorporated in 1994 and is headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia.
