It operates in three segments: Data Centre and Cloud Services; Trading; and Others. The company offers cloud computing, co-location, disaster recovery, and other IT related services; trading and rental of office equipment; trading of kitchen wares and appliances, medical equipment, and IT and office automation products; and investment and property holding services. It also provides turnkey solutions, including multi-media conferencing and management services, integrated network and ICT urbanisation solutions, facility management system, and integrated financial portal; and end to end integrated IT infrastructure solutions, such as WAN and LAN switches with end point integrity, network management, intelligent path management-server/WAN load balancer, bandwidth management, proactive filtering and enforcement, and network security, as well as wireless, virtualization, and cloud and data centre infrastructure. In addition, the company offers cloud VPS for startup, SMEs, and public sectors comprising SSD storage, DNS, cloud-based firewall, automatic snapshots, and scale on demand; and training and corporate solutions, such as consulting and coaching services, talent development management programme, and human resources manual and consulting. Further, it engages in the provision of solutions and services related to mobile app for building management and IT system security; business and operational support systems and services, software development, and business process outsourcing; supply of medical products and services through online; computer networking and system consultant; and supply of equipment and cabling. The company was formerly known as DVM Technology Berhad and changed its name to Key Alliance Group Berhad in November 2014. Key Alliance Group Berhad was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
