The Industrial Property Development segment operates a warehouse located in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, the People's Republic of China. The General Trading segment engages in trading of consumable goods. The Loan Financing segment provides financial guarantees, loan financing, loan referral, and consultancy services, as well as micro-financing services. The Others segment provides securities brokerage, margin financing, asset management, insurance brokerage, and agency services, as well as advertising services. It also provides commercial factoring services. The company was formerly known as Greater China Holdings Limited and changed its name to Greater China Financial Holdings Limited in December 2015.
