The company offers telephone exchange system, smartphone extension system, smartphone linkage solution, and call center reception system; and WAN, wired LAN, wireless LAN construction, server construction, PC setup, remote access system, and PC monitoring system. It also provides Docomo Office Link, which enables to use the nationwide Docomo service area as an office extension area; Anshin Manager/CLOMO, Docomo's mobile device management; WowTalk, a business chat; docodesu car, a cloud-based location information service; CloudSign, an electronic contract service; and smartphone usage support, store, and smartphone class services. In addition, the company offers Microsoft solutions, such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Cloud Server Microsoft Azure, and Windows Virtual Desktop; financial accounting system, sales management system, human resources and labor management system, Bugyo cloud edge, and Bugyo collaboration fusion solution; cloud-based business system; and ICT solutions for local governments, schools, and hospitals.
