The company was formerly known as Entourage Metals Ltd. and changed its name to Genesis Metals Corp. in November 2015. Genesis Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. As of July 13, 2022, Genesis Metals Corp. operates as a subsidiary of Northern Superior Resources Inc.
