In addition, the company provides community asset operation services comprising parking escrow and sublease, house leasing, second-hand property transaction assistance, and housing trust services; park space leasing services consisting of community space and all-media leasing; community innovation services, such as community group purchase, direct drinking water supply, one-stop services, and ecological communities; and community life services, including home decoration and household management services. Further, it engages in the provision of security order maintenance, environmental management, customer, and equipment operation and maintenance services; and space asset management, large-scale event support, smart platform, pre-project, investment operation, and leasing and selling services.
