Rohas Tecnic Berhad, an investment holding company, manufactures and sells steel lattice towers, and monopoles for power transmission and telecommunications in Malaysia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Nepal. It operates through Fabrication of Towers; Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC); Concession; and Others segments. The Fabrication of Towers segment engages in the design and fabrication of power transmission and telecommunication towers, including lattice and monopoles designs. The EPCC segment is involved in the mechanical and electrical engineering, procurement, and erection/construction of power transmission towers and telecommunication towers; and water treatment, water supply, and sewerage treatment business. The Concession segment engages in electric power generation from a mini hyrdro plant. The Others segment undertakes civil and infrastructure works; and provides fabrication services for other steel work and products. This segment is also involved in the design and fabrication of substation electrical structures; leasing of telecommunication towers; hot-dip galvanizing for steel work; and tower fittings and structure, design and fabrication of substation electrical structures, and engineering design services.
