Under normal market conditions, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the equity securities of companies domiciled in the United States. It may invest in companies of any market capitalization but will typically invest in companies with market capitalizations that fall within the range of companies included in the Strategy Benchmark.
