The company is involved in the cinema and outdoor cinema operations under the Event Cinemas, BCC Cinemas, Rialto Cinemas, Embassy Theatre, CineStar, Moonlight Cinema, and Skyline Drive In names; operation of spas and golf courses under the SpaQ, Ubika Spa, Thredbo, and Rydges names; and bar, restaurant, and theatre operations. It also owns, operates, and manages hotels and resorts under the QT, Rydges, Atura, LyLo, and Thredbo Alpine names. In addition, the company engages in the property investment and development activities; property rental activities; and hotel management businesses. The company was formerly known as Event Hospitality & Entertainment Limited and changed its name to EVT Limited in October 2022. The company was founded in 1910 and is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
