The fund manager employs a "passive management" (or indexing) investment approach designed to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the index. The fund invests in various types of U.S. publicly traded ETFs that comprise the index and therefore operates as a "fund-of-funds." The index seeks to determine whether U.S. equity markets appear to be in an advancing market or appear to have an elevated risk of market decline. The fund is non-diversified.
