The company offers direct carrier, SMS, and premium voice billing services, as well as online payment services through payment service provider (PSP) partners. It also provides Payment APIs for mobile operated payments; Campaign Manager, a CPaaS platform for engagement and interactivity; Messaging APIs for sending and receiving text messages; RichMessaging (RCS), an interactive RCS messaging; and Identity for user verification. In addition, the company offers various pre-built payment pages comprising fPay, a pre-built carrier billing page; PayFlex, a payment orchestration platform; DonationPortal, a custom-built online donation page; and CompsPortal, a competition management platform. Further, it provides managed services, including event services, campaign management, mobile network operators (MNO) short code rentals, and technology services. The company was formerly known as Fonix Mobile plc and changed its name to Fonix Plc in August 2024. Fonix Mobile plc was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
