Triggers

Hi Ivan,

I think we could really benefit from a trigger system, whereby we would be informed of a sudden dip in equity.
For example, the recent dip in tech equities may have fallen in between the cracks had one chosen a monthly rebalancing strategy.

I understand that the rebalancing periods are design to ignore this kind of phenomena, but leveraging exceptional dips to buy at a good time could enhance our strategies.
