The company also holds a 100% interest in the Tilt Cove property that covers an area of approximately 11,000 hectares located within the Baie Verte Mining District. The company was formerly known as Anaconda Mining Inc. and changed its name to Signal Gold Inc. in May 2022. Signal Gold Inc. was incorporated in 1994 is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
