The Company is a public limited company incorporated in Jersey, Channel Islands under the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended). The Company has a listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and was originally admitted to the premium segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 15 June 2015. Following shareholder approval at the EGM of the Company held on 12 March 2025 (the '2025 EGM'), the Group's new objective is to realise the value of its existing assets through a carefully managed Portfolio realisation, resulting in a managed sell down of the Company's Portfolio over time, with a view to returning available cash to shareholders. The Group is primarily invested in the residential market in Berlin, supplemented with selective investments in commercial property.
