The company offers MBE research tools for the production of epitaxial layers; MBE production systems; and refurbishment solutions. It also provides chemical vapor deposition (CVD) systems comprising MPVD 300, an ultra-high-vacuum system for depositing films. In addition, the company offers MBE cells and sources comprising Knudsen cells, valved sources, corrosive materials, RF plasma sources, gas sources, gas modules and specialty sources; resistant heaters; shutters, gaskets, viewports and viewport shutters, ion pumps, automatic impedance matchers, crucibles, inserts, liners, power supplies, and cables; and process controllers. Further, it provides vacuum thermal evaporation and linear sources, including point sources, linear sources, and process controllers. Additionally, the company offers technical support, advice, equipment upgrades, and reactor maintenance services to MBE users. It provides its products for use in arsenides, phosphides, antimonides, selenides, gallium nitrides, mercury cadmium tellurides, II-VI materials, silicon germanium, metals, and oxides. Riber S.A. was founded in 1964 and is headquartered in Bezons, France.
