Trinseo PLC provides specialty material solutions in the United States, Europe, the Asia-Pacific, and internationally. It operates through four segments: Engineered Materials, Latex Binders, Polymer Solutions, and Americas Styrenics. The Engineered Materials segment offers rigid thermoplastic compounds and blends, soft thermoplastic, continuous cast, cell cast, activated methyl methacrylates, polymethyl methacrylates (PMMA) resins, and extruded PMMA sheets and resins for consumer electronics, medical, footwear, automotive, and building and construction applications under the EMERGE, CALIBRE, PLEXIGLAS, ALTUGLAS, ACRYSPA, AVONITE, STUDIO, MEGOL, APILON, APIGO, and APINAT trade names. The Latex Binders segment provides various latex binder products, including styrene-butadiene latex, styrene-acrylate latex, vinylidene chloride latex, all-acrylic latex, and butadiene-methacrylate latex. The Polymer Solutions Segment offers a range of polymers, such as copolymers, polycarbonate, styrene-acrylonitrile, and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene under the MAGNUM brand. The Americas Styrenics segment provides styrene monomer, polystyrene, general purpose polystyrenes, high heat and impact resins, and STYRON A-TECH polystyrene products for appliances, food packaging, food service disposables, consumer electronics, and building and construction materials applications. The company was incorporated in 2015 and is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
