It also holds an option agreement to acquire 100% interests in the Portsoy project located in Aberdeenshire, Northeast Scotland. The company was formerly known as Winshear Gold Corp. and changed its name to Winshear Metals Corp. in March 2026. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
