It also provides heavy transport vessel solutions comprising submersible heavy lift transport, float-over, launch barges, and jacket and topside transportation and installation; shipbuilding, ship conversions, and ship repairs solutions for anchor handling tugboats, multi-purpose support vessels, research vessels, and offshore floating fish farms. In addition, the company offers turnkey engineering solutions and services; fabrication services for offshore and onshore structures, and modules; and marine technology solutions consisting of marine electrification, vessel DRM solutions, and alternative fuels and green design solutions. Further, it is involved in the development and design of vessels; and the provision of SOVs, CTVs, DP2 heavy transport vessels, and light fabrication for wind structure and modules. The company was formerly known as Enzer Corporation Limited and changed its name to Vallianz Holdings Limited in August 2010. The company was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Singapore, Singapore. Vallianz Holdings Limited operates as a subsidiary of Rawabi Holding Company Limited.
