The Investment Objective of the Sub-Fund is to track the performance of the Reference Index, which is the MSCI Russia Issuers Capped 25% Index (the ?Reference Index? as described below under ?General Description of the Reference Index?). The Company may make dividend payments up to four times per year in respect of Class 2D Shares which is the only Class of Shares available to Hong Kong investors. Yet, the Board of Directors may, for any economic or other compelling reason, decide neither to make interim dividend payments nor to propose to the annual general meeting of the Company to approve a dividend payment. In such case, Shareholders will be informed in accordance with the procedure set out in section I.c of the section ?General Information on the Company and the Shares? in the main part of the Prospectus.
