Its lead product candidate is the eftilagimod alpha (efti or IMP321), a soluble LAG-3lg fusion based, which is in clinical development for the treatment of different types of cancers. The company's product pipeline also includes TACTI-004, which is in phase III clinical trial for the treatment of first line non-small cell lung cancer (1L NSCLC); TACTI-003, which is in phase IIb clinical trial to treat first line head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC); TACTI-002, which in phase II trial for the treatment NSCLC and HNSCC; AIPAC-003, which is in phase II/III clinical trial to treat metatastic breast cancer; and EFTISARC-NEO, which is in phase II clinical trial for the treatment of soft tissue sarcoma.
