It operates through three segments: Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Cloud Computing, and Healthcare. The EMS segment offers design and development, industrialization, and turnkey manufacturing for cutting-edge technology products, including medical and healthcare devices, IoT gadgets, industrial equipment, electronic headlamps, floorcare products, spare parts and sub-assemblies for maintenance, and data centre controller sub-systems. The Cloud Computing segment delivers advanced cloud solutions, such as infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), cloud design, consulting and management services and mobile application and development. The Healthcare segment focuses on the distribution and supply of medical devices and hygiene-care products, including exclusive distributorship of Diversey hygiene-care solutions and non-exclusive distributorship of Mindray automated external defibrillators (AEDs) for the public sector, as well as agency arrangements for healthcare and medical consumables. The company also engages in the development and manufacturing of its own branded medical devices, such as ventilators, and collaborates on AI-powered medical device projects; and capital funding and business advisory services. It operates in Malaysia, Asia, Europe, Oceania, the United States, and internationally. K-One Technology Berhad was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
