It operates through Malaysia Operations and Overseas Operations segments. The company is also involved in the operations of duty free and non-duty free outlets; management of food and beverage outlets at airports; management of parking facilities; and provision of airport related services. It engages in the operation, management, and maintenance of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, as well as ISGIA in Türkiye; airport special system maintenance activities; and works for building maintenance and general contracting activities at Hamad International Airport. In addition, the company is involved in the cultivation and sale of oil palm and other agriculture products; horticulture activities; management and operation of Sama-Sama hotel, Sama-Sama Express KLIA Terminal 1, and Sama-Sama Express KLIA Terminal 2; property management services; planning, management, and marketing for the development of Malaysia International Aerospace Centre at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport and other airports in Malaysia; construction of hotel and car park within the airport; management of landside and off-terminal real estate development; and provision of facilities management, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, maintenance, cleaning, and technical services. Further, it undertakes business relating to Subang Airport Regeneration; and development of an aerospace and high-tech park within Subang Aerotech Park in Subang. The company was incorporated in 1992 and is based in Sepang, Malaysia. As of February 12, 2025, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad was taken private.
