It engages in the holding of investment properties; the provision of marketing, management, engineering research, design, and development services; the assembly and sale of electric vehicle buses; the fabrication and assembly of integrated EV bus chassis; manufacture and sale of plastic injection and extrusion-molded parts and components; and casting, machining, and assembly of aluminum parts and components. The company was founded in 1971 and is based in Port Klang, Malaysia.
