Tower REIT was constituted under the Deed dated 17 February 2006 (as amended and restated by the restated deed dated 29 May 2014 and the second restated deed dated 23 October 2019) entered into between the Manager and MTrustee Berhad, acting as the Trustee of Tower REIT, and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 April 2006. The investment objective of Tower REIT is to invest primarily in a portfolio of real estate including quality office buildings, commercial properties, residential properties and industrial properties in order to: (a) provide unitholders with stable distribution per unit as well as sustainable long-term growth of such distribution; and (b) achieve medium-to long term growth in the net asset value per unit.
