It operates through Electrical Equipment Manufacturing and Sales Business; and Real Estate-Related Business segments. The company offers information indicators for rolling stock, such as front and side destination indicators, interior information indicators, and interior passenger information indicators; cab equipment for rolling stock, including master controllers, buzzer units, conductor's switch units, and change-over switches; and controllers for rolling stock comprising under-floor switchboard boxes, switchboards, multiple unit control boards, and heaters. It also provides information display systems for automobiles, which include signboard vehicle with lifting-type display systems and road information display systems, car-borne information display systems, lifting-type car-borne display systems, and portable LED information display panels; electrical equipment for ships comprising deck lights, explosion-proof lights and switches, and white/red fluorescent lights; emergency braking devices and operation status recorders; and distribution boxes, auxiliary circuit devices, vehicle monitoring systems, safety and ground facility equipment, floodlights, and information guidance devices and telecommunications equipment for ships. In addition, the company is involved in the rental of apartment buildings.
