It operates through Business Forms and Data Print Services, Commercial Printing, and Flexible Packaging segments. The company engages in the printing of business forms, including digital printing and enveloping services; printing, production, and supply of flexible packaging products, such as A4 paper, ice cream, butter, coffee sachets, coconut and confectionery, and detergent powder wrappers; provision of business process outsourcing solutions for data printing, direct mailers, data entry, document management and scanning, electronic document delivery, and email and SMS broadcasting services; and system development and implementation activities. It is also involved in the design, manufacture, and sale of shopping bags for the retail industry, sachets for the fast-food industry, and carton boxes, as well as cigarette papers, brand labels, booklet covers, and packing boxes. The company was formerly known as Malaya Biscuit Manufacturing Company Sdn Bhd and changed its name to Computer Forms (Malaysia) Berhad in February 1971. Computer Forms (Malaysia) Berhad was incorporated in 1961 and is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
