It operates through five segments: Automobile Transportation; Vehicle Sales and Maintenance; Real Estate; Leisure Services; and Travel Charters. The company offers motor transport, general passenger transport, postal transport, and general passenger transport services; and travel charter and general charter bus services. It also provides vehicle operation and maintenance management services. In addition, the company is involved in sales of auto parts and tires, highway kiosks, and miscellaneous goods; car repair; insurance agency; land development, building construction, buying and selling of land and buildings, leasing, brokerage and management, and cleaning and security business; and franchise operations. Further, it engages in selling condominiums, custom-built homes, and renovation; management and operation of public facilities; and provision of advertising agency, web services, childcare, and elderly care services. The company was formerly known as Shinki Sogo Jidosha K.K. and changed its name to Shinki Bus Co.,Ltd. in 1972. Shinki Bus Co.,Ltd. was incorporated in 1927 and is headquartered in Himeji, Japan.
