This segment offers investment funds; closed-end funds; insurance products in the areas of life, disability, and heath; and other products, such as construction financing or savings plans. The Advisory segment provides independent pension and investment advisory services for retail customers through independent advisors, brokers, and financial distributors. Its products include insurances, securities, material values, and financing. The company was formerly known as Aragon AG and changed its name to JDC Group AG in July 2015. JDC Group AG was founded in 2004 and is based in Wiesbaden, Germany.
