It engages in natural gas storage, transmission, and sales; construction and management of city gas pipelines, gas for vehicles and vessels and refueling stations, distributed energy, LPG, development of new energy-related technologies and products, natural gas trading, and value-added services. The water segment provides urban water services and water environment; environmental business consists of household waste incineration and power generation, hazardous and medical waste treatment, sludge treatment, waste collection and transportation. In addition, it produces and sells beer products. The company was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
