The parent company of the Group is the listed CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft, based in Vienna, whose main activity the strategic and operational management of its domestic and foreign subsidiaries. The individual branches operate as largely decentralized profit centers. As at December 31, 2024, the Group comprised a total of 139 companies with 254 employees. In full-time equivalents (FTE), the number of employees as at December 31, 2024 was 222.1. The decrease in employees and FTEs is mainly due to the sale of the subsidiary omniCon.
