It operates in two segments, CTP and Speciality. The company offers in vitro diagnostics and medical devices, such as sample tips and probe tips, cuvettes and multi-well components, single-use cartridges and assay consumables, and ancillary parts for automation and fluid handling; and components and assemblies for a range of drug delivery devices, including inhalers, auto-injectors and associated delivery systems. It also provides FusionCap, a vial closure concept; PureStop, a driving stopper engagement; GuardVial, a polymer vial; flight-control and low-stretch cables, streamline wires, and cable assembly and test; and CNC turning and milling, thread rolling, fixtures and small assemblies, and rapid specials for race programs. In addition, the company offers safety systems, arrestor gear ropes, inspection and life-cycle support, and rescue winch cables; and safety and security solutions. Carclo plc was incorporated in 1924 and is based in Mitcham, the United Kingdom.
