The fund invests primarily in stocks of companies domiciled outside the United States, including in emerging markets and developing countries, that the investment adviser believes have the potential for growth and/or to pay dividends. Under normal market conditions, it will invest at least 80% of its assets in common stocks and other equity-type securities. The fund is non-diversified.
