The company provides savoury and sweet baked goods, including floured baps, artisan breads, brioche buns, and single serve cakes to wholesalers and end-user operators, such as hotels, pub and restaurant chains, and food outlets under its food service brand Kara; and caramel shortbread to coffee shop chains and foodservice customers under its food service brand Johnstone's.
