Hi Benedict, 

Can you click on the "Results" button on the top navigation bar. On the table look for the backtest where the backtest status is "Pending". Click on that backtest. After that click on the delete button to remove that backtest. Once your pending backtests have been deleted, you should be able to create a new backtest.

try logging in a few times but still same issue. Please help
