Hi Ivan,
A good program and hard work, really appreciate it.
I had the following question:
a. For a portfolio, if I select say 50 Stocks and final selection is 3 stocks. At the end of testing, the display 3 stocks means it is the most successful in the whole back test.
b. For the selection of stocks, can it be make easier for selecting a group of stocks, (like the Straits Times Index, or the REIT button you created.
c. The search box in the Select Stock dont really work with the whole text in the iphone screen.
d. For the moving average, is it possible to select shorter period than 30, this may be better for Forex.
e. The selection of Forex is quite a long list, is it possible to put all the majors, cross in the early part of the list.
Hope not too long a list.
Thanks.

Hi Benedict,
We have a template portfolio for Singapore stocks in the Straits Times Index.
You can manually add your own stocks to form your group. When you create a new backtest, it saves the stocks that you chose previously.
Kind Regards,
Ivan

Hi Ivan
it will be great if you are able to add Singapore stocks as one group. Will it be possible that we can create our own group. Thanks
Yes you should be receiving an email update around 2pm onwards if your strategy is live. Can you check again in a few hours and let me know whether you received the email?

Hi Ivan
Thanks
For point 1, does the live report give an update which are the stocks to hold for the next period? I had put some of the test to live, yet to receive any mail.
thanks
Hi Benedict!
a. The final 3 stocks displayed in the portfolio section is the current 3 stocks that your strategy is holding in your portfolio. Note that for non-subscribers the data is delayed by 1 year and not real time.
b. Which group of stocks would you like me to create a template portfolio? Just let me know and I will add it for you.
c. Is the search box too small on an iPhone screen? I use an iPhone but I've never experienced this before.
d. I will add this to my TODO list.
e. Can you use the search bar to search for the Forex pair that you are interested in? That would be the fastest way to do it.
Do let me know if you have more questions.
Kind regards,
Ivan
