Rebalance band and leverage disappeared from Moving Average Backtest

Ivann,

As per the title rebalance band settings and leverage disappeared in the Moving Average Backtest definition screen. It looks for me like below. Any chance to bring both back?

Hi Pawel,

If you click on "Advanced Settings" you will see the rebalance band and leverage settings. 

Wanted to tidy it up so the form does not look too daunting for new users.
