It operates through three segments: Mortgage Lending, Real Estate Services, and Long-Term Mortgage Portfolio. The Mortgage Lending segment offers a suite of mortgage lending products to consumers through its broker fulfillment model, including conventional, government, and alternative credit products. The Real Estate Services segment performs master servicing; and provides loss mitigation services for primarily on its securitized long-term mortgage portfolio. The Long-Term Mortgage Portfolio segment acts as the master servicer for mortgages comprising collateralized mortgage obligation and real estate mortgage investment conduit securitizations.
