In June 2013, CBS Corp acquired TV Guide Digital, which includes the TVGuide.com and TV Guide Mobile properties from the Company. In September 2013, Lions Gate Entertainment Corp announced that it has acquired North American distribution rights to the film, Frankie & Alice.
