Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust (the REIT or the Trust) is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust established under, and governed by, the laws of the Province of Ontario. The REIT was formed and the operations of the REIT commenced on October 7, 2020 when it completed an initial public offering, for the purpose of owning and operating a portfolio of income-producing manufactured housing communities (MHCs) located in the United States. As at June 30, 2026, the REIT owns 87 MHCs, 2 recreational vehicle resort communities, and 2 commercial real estate buildings located across Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia (December 31, 2025 " 85, 2 and 2, respectively). The head office of the REIT is located at 2220 Grandview Dr, Suite 280, Fort Mitchell, KY 41017, United States. Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust was established on Augusr 12, 2020 and incorporated in Ontario, Canada.
