MHP SE, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the poultry and related business in Ukraine and internationally. It operates through Poultry & Related Operations, Vegetable Oil Operations, Agricultural Operations, and European Operating segments. The Poultry & Related Operations segment produces and sells fresh and frozen chicken meats; processed-meat products, such as sausage and salami; pre-prepared and culinary products, including marinated chicken, and ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook convenience food, such as restaurant-grade products; and other poultry-related products. The Vegetable Oil Operations segment produces and sells edible vegetable oils and related products comprising sunflower husks for use as bedding in chicken rearing. The Agricultural Operations segment engages in the grain cultivation business; and production from cattle, such as beef, as well as milk and dairy operations. The European Operating segment engages in the production and sale of chicken and processed meat products. The company offers its products under the Nasha Riaba, Qualiko, Apetytna, Baschinsky, Kurator, Sultanah, Assilah, Ukrainian Chicken, Leghko!, Easy!, Sekrety Shefa, and Chef's Secrets brands. The company is also involved in the fodder and vegetable oil production, and trading of poultry meat, as well as operates breeder farms. MHP SE was founded in 1998 and is based in Limassol, Cyprus.
