It also holds the Copper Road Project covering an area of 24,000 hectares located in Ontario, Canada. The company was formerly known as Latin American Minerals Inc. and changed its name to Sterling Metals Corp. in November 2020. The company was incorporated in 2003 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
