It also provides talent search that provides hirers with access to a SEEK database of searchable profiles and CVs to connect to candidates faster, as well as hiring tools consisting of SEEK Pass, which verifies credentials on candidates' application and profile to help them stand out in job applications; Employer brand boost that allows hirers to amplify their employee value proposition by promoting their company profile to highly targeted candidates; GradConnection, an early career platform for graduate recruitment; and Reference checks, an automated solution for hirers to request and manage reference checks for prospective candidates.
